By accessing and using LiffOS (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
OS Vue provides AI-powered business automation tools including social media management, blog post generation, email management, legal document assistance, receptionist services, and QuickBooks integration. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. Subscription and Payment
OS Vue operates on a subscription model:
- New users receive a 7-day free trial
- After the trial period, the subscription fee is $25 per month
- Payment is processed automatically through Stripe
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including:
- Social media platforms via Ayrshare
- WordPress for blog publishing
- Email services via Nylas
- QuickBooks for financial data
- Vapi for voice AI services
Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. You are responsible for maintaining valid accounts and credentials with these third-party services.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or viruses
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Generate or distribute spam or unsolicited communications
7. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses AI to generate content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use, particularly legal documents and financial information.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OS Vue and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you generate using the Service belongs to you, subject to our license to provide the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OS Vue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
